I’m like uhh no, i commute to work everyday and thats about it. so he tells me to close the hood, then get back in the car. he makes me start it up, rev to 2500rpms, WHICH IS NOT VERY LOUD.

so he tells me to get back out, and says yeah its not that loud, but its not smog legal. he wants to know what i did to the exhaust… well i put on cat back. uhh whats a cat back, is that like the manufacturer or something?? no, its the exhaust from the catalytic converter back.. oh, so you did take the catalytic converter off? NO, its still there. uhh well why is your muffler so black? i told him i don’t know, it runs rich from the factory. this went on and on for a while, he called his buddies. made me get in and out a few more times, couldn’t figure out why its so black. he even wiped my pipe with his finger haha. anyways, finally lets me go, and tells me if he sees me again without all that stuff fixed, “its going to get ugly”

my brother offered to drive, i should have taken him up on his offer!
